1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phcas platform, including the website, mobile application, and all gaming and betting services available through your phcas account. phcas is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in the Philippines, with all transactions conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

By completing the registration process and ticking the agreement checkbox, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are located in the Philippines, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create a phcas account or use any of the platform's services.

phcas reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a phcas account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be 21 years old or above. phcas does not permit any person under 21 to register or play.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines. phcas is operated specifically for the Philippine market.
• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one phcas account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification: phcas requires all accounts to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before withdrawals can be processed. This involves submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine ID. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have their withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

Your phcas account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated from your account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number — strictly confidential. You must not share your password with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account. phcas will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact phcas support immediately at [email protected] and change your password as soon as possible. phcas uses SSL encryption across all platform connections and OTP verification for sensitive account actions to help protect your account at all times.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on phcas are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcas supports deposits through local Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet. These are the payment methods supported on the platform — no currency conversion or international transfer services are involved.

Deposits are credited to your phcas account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider. phcas does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phcas reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large deposits as part of its account security and anti-money-laundering procedures.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your phcas account are processed in PHP to your verified Philippine bank account, GCash wallet, or Maya wallet. You must complete KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held until verification is approved.

phcas aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times may be affected by your bank or e-wallet provider's own handling times. phcas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the platform.

phcas reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of phcas's security team may be suspended pending further review. Players will be contacted at their registered email address if additional documentation is required.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on phcas are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market on the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule will apply to that game only.

phcas offers online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, eBingo, and other gaming formats. All outcomes on phcas are determined by certified random number generation or live event results, as applicable. phcas does not manipulate game outcomes.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the phcas platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where the platform's specific rules for that market expressly permit cancellation. In the event of a technical fault that affects a game round or sports market, phcas reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

7. Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, phcas may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback arrangements, and other incentives to players. Any promotion offered by phcas is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is active. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before participating.

General conditions that apply to all phcas promotions include: bonuses are available to eligible registered players only; bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts; phcas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time; and any attempt to abuse a promotion — including the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

phcas is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Online gaming and betting involve real financial risk, and no outcome is ever guaranteed. phcas actively encourages all players to set personal budgets and time limits before they start playing.

The platform provides account-level responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits and session reminders, to help you manage your activity. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phcas and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using phcas for any fraudulent activity, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one phcas account under any identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bot use: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to phcas.

phcas cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Account funds associated with confirmed prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phcas reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where these Terms & Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where identity verification cannot be completed to the required standard.

Players may request the closure of their own phcas account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and the completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

phcas provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, phcas does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

phcas will not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or events beyond phcas's reasonable control. The maximum liability of phcas to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of phcas that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon at the time of account registration.
